Charlotte arts merger will benefit homeschoolers
Two Charlotte-area arts programs, ArtsTeach and the Arts & Science Council, will merge next summer, according to the Charlotte Observer. The change is intended to extend their outreach beyond the Charlotte-Mecklenburg School system to included homeschoolers and private school students.
